The new Hibiscus Retirement resort, in the Shire of Caboolture, is just 800m from the Morayfield Shopping Centre, and one block off the major thoroughfare, giving it security, access and seclusion. It is located at on the corner of Amy & Ben Streets, off Caboolture River Road in Morayfield, with the site extending through to Walkers Road.
The 10.5ha site includes a dedicated parkland reserve and incorporates the historical ‘Sheepstation Creek’, a well-known local landmark. Great care has been taken to leave the creek in its natural state to encourage local flora and wildlife to remain in the area. A total of 1.8ha has been dedicated as a parkland reserve within the resort.
Upon completion, the resort will include 119 spacious two and three bedroom homes and communal facilities. Many unit types include double garages and separate ensuites and large alfresco areas.
