At Hibiscus Morayfield, we pride ourselves on providing a straight forward agreement, where all the costs are disclosed upfront, and you have the certainty of knowing what your expenses will be during your residency and the amount repayable to you when you leave.
The Hibiscus Morayfield tenure is secured by a 99 year lease which is registered with the
Queensland Registrar of Titles. This leasehold system ensures that the high standards at Hibiscus Morayfield continue. This is both in terms of selecting new residents and also ensuring that the owners and managers of the resort establish best-practice standards in resort maintenance and management.
The contents of the Lease and Public Information Documents remain the basis and reference point for all contact matters between the resident and the operators of the resort. In addition to the purchase price of your home, residents pay a General Service Fee. This fee covers the costs of operating and maintaining the services and facilities that you will enjoy within your resort. They are subject to annual review by residents and are payable monthly. The electricity, telephone, contents insurance and general day-to-day costs of living expenses needed to run your home are your own responsibility.
